Oswego Dental Health Associates

I started going to Oswego dental health in August 2025, to have all my teeth removed to have full dentures, top and bottom. I have had such a good experience with the entire staff, from the receptionist desk, to my dentist and her assistances. Everyone is very friendly, very helpful and care about the patient. They explained everything being done, so I understood each visit what they were going to be doing. I went in 5 times to do impressions, leading up to getting dentures. Today 1/5/26 they used wax teeth to show me what my teeth would look like, and the fit for comfort. I am 64 years old and have had problems my entire life with my teeth, never smiling for pictures. Today was the first time in my life I smiled with teeth showing. It is a very happy day for me and it came to be because

No stars they forced me to cap my front teeth wen I needed the side of the tooth filled in refuse it said insurance refused it and it was the dentist I was not comfortable told them my concern about it being my front tooth and I work in the public I was told after my tooth was drilled down it could be 2-6 weeks I had plaster as a front tooth that looked liked a huge chicklet gum it took 5 and a half months 3 different “ permanents caps” glued one in permanently and it was crooked had to break it off no dentist even wanted to show them they were so embarrassed but my reaction was to flip out over and over many appointments so much of my time, loss of work for pointless appointments just to say it’s wrong don’t fit ..it was glued wrong half my appointment were recorded especially the first

Do not go for dentures!!!! They got irritated because I would say I didn’t like them. It got to the point where when I said that it showed to much gum when I smiled and that the teeth were to big they would pretend to send them back to get them adjusted. Now I’m stuck with teeth that make me look like a horse that I’m not going to wear for the next 10 years.

Both times I brought my family members here they claim that we had to be here for a earlier time and then didn't wait until the original time that the appointment was originally made for. I've been sitting here twice in the last month for more than 4 hours.

Had appointment but yet still waiting people walk in after us with later appointment and brought right back. If you are a new patient at this office you will wait and wait past appointment time. If you know someone here you sure to get in at appointment time. Otherwise have all day to wait. Don’t waste your time at this office. They are rude.office feels they know which practice accepts insurance denying patients care when they think they know trying play specialist locator.
