Oswald's Pharmacy

I would like to say that visiting Oswald’s Pharmacy store was the best find for my items that I was looking for. The staff there were very friendly and ready to help. I walked into the store looking for a certain item that really needed. I didn’t know how to buy compression stockings. A very kind lady named Juli asked if she could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she took it upon herself to help me, I was very grateful how she helped me measure my legs and took time to explain everything I needed to know about compression stockings. Thank you Juli for everything!!!

Shopping at Oswald’s is always such a joy! With goods ranging from amazing greeting cards to incredible gifts (many with holiday themes) to delectable candy and unique stickers, Oswald’s is a Naperville treasure~~ The mailing services and medical supply room are also very appreciated. On a recent visit to buy (badly needed!) compression socks, I was kindly assisted by Veronica. She was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and respectful. I have recommended Oswald’s to many people and will continue to do so!

I've been wanting to write this review for a long time, and I finally finished it today. I go to this post office collection every day to send things. Dorothy, Chris, Katie, and their female manager—I've forgotten her name. 😜 They are all conscientious and responsible, and all the packages they handle arrive on time. I'm very satisfied with this place, and my customers also give it a thumbs up.👍

To Oswald's Pharmacy Medical Equipment, My wife and myself came to Oswald to look at the chairs. 8 years ago my mother bought her chair here as well as friends of ours about 10 years ago. We were greeted by Karen she asked me what I was looking for in a chair Karen proceeded to pull out the chairs that she thought I would like. While sitting in the chairs Karen would answer our questions. After awhile I finally found my chair. Thank you very very much Karen. Juli was very helpful and patient. When she returned with the color of compression knee highs that I had chosen, I had changed my mind on color. She kindly left to get my new choice. I tried them on and like this brand better than the last ones I purchased from Oswald.Juli explained that you changed vendors. Juli realizes that customer service is the key to repeat business.Thank you
