O'steens Pharmacy

Everyone there has always been very friendly and most helpful. I live in Georgia and get all my medications from them, they are very good with Transplant Patients, which I am. I love doing business with them.

The worst pharmacy staff i have encountered ever. Just go to Walgreens or CVS pharmacy. The bald guy on the counter has no care at all, the female staff just look at you and not even ask what you need or something. Worse customer service ever. Will never come back in this pharmacy.

They are always so helpful and kind, O'Steens also delivers your medication and they can mail it as well.Inside their store they have products that are reasonably priced, I like old stores like that, sometimes you also get to find some very onld fashion stuff, they also have a drive thru.They are a small home town business,I am so glad to have them as my Pharmacy.

Called in a prescription, based on the rate Osteen’s Pharmacy published rate with GoodRX. Had to wait until the weekend since they closed earlier than other pharmacies. Finally got to Osteen’s on Saturday, provided the GoodRX coupon code (that they have setup with GoodRx) and they told me they do not take GoodRx. Classic bait and switch. They just hoped I would not want to be inconvenienced and would pay a completely different and higher rate than the one that had published. Now I have to jump through hoops to get this prescription sent somewhere else. They publish a low rate to get you there then don’t honor it - bait and switch.

Osteen pharmacy was one of my options for my post kidney transplant medications suggested by Mayo Clinic Jacksonville. There’s not enough words to describe their business but I will try with my limited vocabulary. Kind, professional, courteous, caring, timely, compassionate, respectful, knowledgeable, customer oriented, dependable. I could go on and on but that should be sufficient to scratch the surface of describing this pharmacy and its staff. Even though I’m 130 miles from them there’s never been an issue with getting my medications in a timely manner. They tell you when it’s shipping and when it can be expected. I hope I never have to change pharmacies. Great job Osteen.
