Ossi's Apothecary Old Baymeadows

I've been on the fence about writing this review but after switching from them to Walgreens and having no issues ever since I hope others aren't being put in a similar position. I first started going to this pharmacy back in 2018 because they were the only place who could quickly fill a much needed prescription. All went well until I switched doctors and was given the generic version of medication in tablet for apposed to the films (Suboxone). A couple prescription refills in with them I noticed my prescription was a pill short. I immediately panicked because of mandatory pill counts by my doctor. I called and they said they would check their stock and get back to me and they were up 1 pill and said it was a machine error and to come back for the shorted medicine no problem. I couldn't bel

I miss Ossi’s and the incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff! Donna, Lisa, and Miss Sue were always phenomenal. We moved and I truly miss having people who take the time to answer questions rather it’s in person or over the phone. And when it came to helping people save money, they were hands down the best and worked with coupons and discount codes that people at big pharmacies often wouldn’t bother with. I wish there were more families and pharmacies like Ossi’s. It isn’t often you get caring high quality service by amazing people, but that’s what they give.

The women that work at Ossi’s are so awesome, friendly, and helpful! I regularly get my prescriptions filled here and they have a great selection of vitamins, too.

I absolutely adore this place. I have been going to Sue for my prescription medication for years now. She is so caring and sweet I would never dare to step foot in another Walgreens again! Sue cares so much about her customers and is so personable. She was so excited for me when I told her I was pregnant! When you shop or pick up your prescriptions at Ossis it feels like you become part of the family! This establishment is everything you could ask for!
