OSS Health York Orthopaedic Urgent Care

I had a very enjoyable visit. Everyone was very nice & helpful. Dr. Bixler took the time to explain everything to me and showed me what had to be done. He has a very nice bedside manner. I'm glad OSS was recommend to me by a neighbor.

I have been seen by Dr Bixler several times in the urgent care. As well as my husband. He has an awesome bedside manner and is very thorough. I would recommend him to anyone.

I've had mixed experiences with the urgent care center at OSS. Many of the doctors are great and very helpful. Recently I went in to urgent care and Dr. Curran made me feel as though I was stupid for wanting to be sure the unusual pain I was experiencing after a common, lifelong occurrence for myself was nothing that needed treatment (possibly because the thing I experience with some frequency is something many people never experience in a lifetime?). He was rude and dismissive, and if he spent a full two minutes in the room with me I would be shocked. If I follow up as he instructed, it will be with a different doctor at OSS.

Extremely knowledgeable about my trigger finger condition! Pleasant personality, explaining all my future options in great detail. Took his time to answer my questions, it didn’t feel rushed either.

Racist and rude nurses here and the PT Travis. I just had invasive back surgery and could barely move and these people are laughing and smirking at me while I am trying to plead to them that I might need one more day in the hospital. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes someone who has had surgery feel like crap. These two nurses, Jen and Katie, were smirking and laughing in the corner on my face as I was on the phone with the doctor, like this is some big joke. I hope these folks feel the pain and karma one day. Disgusting human beings. But the doctor who treated me was great. Its unfortunate some of the nurses have to bring the place down like this.
