Why in the world would you use the U.S. postal service to deliver your product. I ordered and payed for the eye drops on 2-13-26 and recieved them on 2-20-26. Seven days to get a small bottle of eye drops. You can have another carrier deliver faster, but you charge for it. Just make that part of the sale.. Mailed from Montana to Las Vegas Nv. Extremely, professional, dependable, and courteous. This is the second time that I am getting medication for my eyes ...first for cataract surgery and this time a lens exchange. The medicine is well packaged and comes directly to my front door...no waiting on lines or driving while my eyes are healing. I highly recommend!

The order was handled well and arrived quickly. I had called customer service several times (the person at my eye clinic had neglected to call it in) and got through quickly.

First, the service attitude is very bad, and secondly, they sent the wrong formula of my eye drops. The formula I have been using before is fine, but this time I used it, and there is a big difference. Personally, I feel it is obvious! I called him and told him that they were very unfriendly and made sure that there was no mistake and they refused to change it for me, and I would not use this company in the future. Too bad , unbelievable
