Absolute crap. I wouldn't let them treat my dog. The only reason they get one star is because I have to rate in order to give a review. Update.... I have waited to make my review until today, but there have been multiple occurrences of bad care. Example: I ended up in the Emergency room a few months back, the nurse couldn't get the heart monitor to work. He tried for quite awhile before leaving the room to get help from another nurse. When the second nurse showed up, she said it wasn't even plugged in. I wanted to leave immediately, as it felt I was in the hands of incompetent people. Today, I am sitting in the new "urgent care" waiting area. There is nothing urgent about it. I have been sitting here for 30 minutes and I am the ONLY person here. The parking lot is empty as well. An older woman walked in stating her brother was in the car after open-heart surgery, needing a swing bed. They told her to bring him in. She asked if she c

I have gone to St Croix Falls for years on tell I had spine issues and their care was so sub standard so I switched to OMC, and I was like wow I have missed out on care like I never had!!!!! My Dr is Niccole Smith a little hard nosed about care but she is an ANGEL she is all about care and the no bullshit tude she carries is what we all need now in these times!!!! Connor as a pain Dr is a blessing from god!!!!! And the angel of all them and I owe my treatment to recover is this small lady with the hands of THOR himself and such a heart of gold is a lady named Sally in PT! I thank god that I switched to OMC now so I don't feel like they slapped a cow tag on my ear and pushed me in and pushed me out like in St Croix!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is about as bad as any medical clinic these days. Nice facility and pleasant staff, but you're better off trying to figure stuff out on your own. Probably won't go back unless I'm dying. Google and YouTube are free. I diagnosed myself, doctor disagreed, so I ended up living with an infection an extra month that I didn't need to. In the end, I was right. The treatment was much worse than he assured me it would be. Their health record switchover has been a nightmare. 6 months later and still dealing with complications. So much unnecessary red tape and outrageous costs, as with the whole medical system. Barbara O'Neill's lectures are free and more effective. I'm tired of wasting time and money with doctors. I'm educating and treating myself at home from now on.

I don’t know anyone who enjoys getting weighed at the hospital but I didn’t think it could get worse. At my appointment the nurse said “Why are you facing away from the scale do you not want to look or something?”. As someone who has struggled with food and body image I always look away from the scale as it often triggers me. This comment came off very condescending and should not have been said. This may not seem that harsh but it made me very upset that I am being judged by someone who works in healthcare. The rest of my appointment went well but I am very displeased.
