Nice to have a local pharmacy, but in most cases I'd rather drive to Stillwater to CVS than deal with this pharmacy. The people working it oftentimes don't know the general pharmacy items behind the counter, time to fill and refill is poor. It's not terrible, but it's also not great. I've also seen vast differences of what they'll say they cover and costs of prescriptions vs other pharmacies. I just use it at this point for when I feel to crappy to drive a bit further.
I always have a bad experience here so finally decided to write a review so others can avoid this place if possible. There’s a guy who works there, really quiet and just seems incompetent. He gave me my prescription without securing the lid on the bottle so when my 1 year old got ahold of it before I had even used them, she dumped the pills everywhere and we had to bring her to the emergency room to make sure she didn’t take any. I can hardly get those tops off so it just baffles me that he didn’t check them when he put them in the bag and she was just able to tip it upside down and they all came out. (I am very aware she shouldn’t have had the bottle in first place. It all happened in the span of like 5 seconds). There have been times I go there and even though I’ve called first to make
First of all I just want to say the actual pharmacists and a couple pharmacy technicians are wonderful, very polite and helpful. However, most of the technicians and the ones who service you at the counter can be very rude. One older lady sits at the computer by the prescription drop off window while a customer will stand there waiting for her to say “hello how can I help you?” Nope, each time I have to say excuse me I’m here to pick up my meds even though she can clearly see me but ignores me. She acts like I’m a burden instead of a paying customer. I don’t think she could crack a smile to save her life either. Most of the pharmacy technicians/sales people can’t say ‘hello how can I help you’ or ‘have a nice day’. I was taught that’s how you should treat customers kind enough to use t
These folks work hard to get your medications to you as quickly as they can. Being a smaller pharmacy, they sometimes have to order meds from local suppliers so it's best to call ahead. They are very helpful if you have questions about your meds.
I never have any issues with this pharmacy and even if I end up waiting for meds I get them quickly. Times are tough and it can be hard to smile and thank people 100% of the time. Keep doing a great job!
