I love Orthozone....Everyone from the front to the back is so nice and professional. With all things, some people are more personable than others but they really are all great. The doctors are thorough and make sure us as parents know exactly what is going on. Top Notch establishment...I've had ALL 3 of my kids here and I appreciate the payment plans too. Love Orthozone!!!! Due West & Hiram locations are the ones I frequent.

Two of my children have gone through their full braces journey here—from initial consult to braces off—and the experience has been absolutely wonderful. Not only did both kids end up with beautiful smiles, but any time there was an emergency (like a popped wire or bracket issue), the orthodontist responded right away and handled the situation with care and urgency. That kind of responsiveness and compassion is rare, and it’s something I truly appreciate as a parent. Everyone in the office is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Orthozone has been incredible with our daughter. From the initial consultation they have been impressive and professional. They specialize in one service, and they deliver to a high standard. They have a large team and multiple locations so getting an appointment is a breeze. Their systems and communications are incredibly child friendly. This may sound cheesy, but they practically treat each patient like a celebrity. They are always excited to see them and empower them during their visit. I feel like they appreciate my business.
