My care couldn't have been better. All of the staff were friendly, engaging and professional. Renee Patel was thorough, explained all of my care and procedure, answered all of my question and even gave me prevention strategies. My wait time was minimal and I was discharged in a little over an hour.

From check-in to the physician to the X-ray staff, the entire team was outstanding. While this isn’t a place you hope to visit often—especially when leaving with crutches, a boot, and a broken foot—the level of care and service I received was exceptional. Truly top-notch patient service from start to finish.

Truly amazing staff. I had to take my husband in late on a Sunday evening, only 30 minutes before they closed but they were happy to see him and made sure he got the care he needed. I had my two girls with me too and though they were climbing the walls, everyone was so sweet with them and brought them treats and stickers. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic

I went to Ortho On Call for additional X-rays because the first location I visited seemed unsure of how to operate the equipment, and the PA appeared uncertain about parts of my imaging. I chose to visit the West Chester center, where I’ve had good experiences in the past, because the original site didn’t X-ray the area my physical therapist requested. Unfortunately, the physician at this location refused to come into the exam room, stating they “don’t do second opinions,” even after I explained through the assistant that this was not a second opinion but a request to image a different area. Instead of evaluating me, the physician simply referred me out. Very disappointing experience and not what I expected from a place I previously trusted.

Had a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind and thoughtful. Wait time was minimal, I would definitely recommend going here!!
