OrthoVirginia Westbury Ortho On Call

From start to finish, my experience at Ortho On Call was excellent. My primary care doctor referred me and I'm delighted that he was familiar with Ortho On Call. At every stage, from the reception to intake to x-ray and examination and explanation by the physician assistant, I was treated with great care and competence. I was in good hands! I understood my plan of care and a follow-up visit was scheduled for me, too! What could have been a stressful ER visit was instead an efficient and effective office visit with timely results, treatment, education and reassurance. Highly recommend!

The attending medical staff and radiology team is reliable and knowledgeable, exactly what you want in an urgent care center for orthopedic concerns. Not sure I’d characterize the front desk as friendly or proactive. More like the Gen Z stare. If what you need is immediate triage of something not too complicated and have enough time to wait, it’s fine.

Walked in, very fast check in. I got X-rays by fast and knowledgeable X-ray techs. Kim Waters checked me over and explained what injuries I had. Drained 27 ml. of fluid out of my knee and a Cortisone shot. I feel great. Ortho on call ROCKS!!!

Dr. Benson in the entire staff were professional, thoughtful, and kind. I felt heard, seen, and well taken care of. It was also really great to get printed instructions on how to take care of the injury for the best outcome. I would definitely recommend. Ortho Virginia.

I took my daughter in during the evening for an issue. We were in and out within 45 minutes. We were taken back, given x rays, and waited for the PA. Reena was fabulous— great with children and very knowledgeable. She convinced my daughter to let her examine her by acting like it was a game and then fixed the issue before we even realized it! We left with the ortho problem resolved. I would highly recommend her and this location.
