I had a wonderful experience! Everyone (from the front office ladies, nurses, x-ray techs and doctors) was so kind and compassionate. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I hopefully won’t need a reason to go back again, but if I have to, I know that I am in great hands.

This place is absolutely amazing! Our daughter hurt her arm, but we wanted to avoid the ER, so we decided to give this place a shot and I’m so glad we did! We were there less than 45 minutes. Checked in, immediately in a room and getting X-ray done. Within 5 minutes we had the results and they were getting her cast on and sending us on our way. They were so compassionate and caring towards my daughter as she was scared since she’s never been through this. Most definitely was the best choice! She left with a smile on her face even with a broken bone.

This place is seriously a waste of time. They make you wait forever and offer no pain management. They prefer you suffer and defer you. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere for real treatment.

If I could give ten stars I would! My 2 year old jumped off the couch and was in a lot of pain. After taking her somewhere else and being told she was fine, we came to Ortho On Call. They were SO patient with her, took time to try and win her over instead of just talking over her screams, listened to our concerns, and validated that we did the right thing by bringing her in. Turns out she has a fracture and they were able to splint her in the office (with zero tears from the drama queen!) and got us an appointment with a pediatric ortho in four days. The entire team was amazing and so patient with us. We will absolutely return if we ever need to!
