Ask for self pay rates and don't let them tell you have to use insurance. Once they find out you have insurance they increase the rate more than double. Phase 1 Self Pay: $2000 Phase 1 with Insurance:$4300 Which they said was 3,300 over the phone then sent a contract for 4,300. We couldn't get past onboarding because they can't get with modern banking practices. This was after debating with them about the legality of self pay rates. In addition, all they care about is their Google Reviews - not actually fixing their issues.

The receptionist needs to be more professional when asking for info and have the potential to address any inconvenience. TERRIBLE!!! Received a call from the manager and instead of fix something did it worse.

OrthoTex is the absolute best!! Dr Zane and his team are always so welcoming and personable. Corey is the most outstanding employee and really cares about me as a patient and a person! They all make me feel like I’m family anytime I go in for an appointment. I’m a little sad I’ll be getting my braces off soon, but they have done SO WELL making sure every tooth is perfectly in place. They saw imperfections that I hadn’t even seen when I first went to them. Highly recommend them!
