I’m afraid I must give a poor review to this company. Beginning, with Carlos, their “fitter”. Who when asked direct questions from me gave incorrect information, on multiple occasions. When it was brought to the attention of Christina, in the office, she informed me of his errors and said he was ultimately reprimanded. Even dealing with Christina there were issues as she claimed, on numerous occasions, that my podiatrist was aware that they didn’t make custom shoes, only custom inserts. When this was brought to the attention of my podiatrist, she informed me that she had no idea that this was the case, and that otherwise if she knew, she wouldn’t have recommended Orthoserve to me. i’ve had too many problems and come too far to take a chance with a questionable company. I love working with this company. I got the paperwork from them and I gave them the paperwork that they needed and I received the sneakers in two weeks. They were very professional and the service was fast.
