Orthopedic Urgent Care

I recently had a referral to go to Dr. Robert Simmons and their staff. I was amazed that they seen me the same day. I got the referral sympathetic to my pain and needs Nikolai and Dr. Robert Simmons immediately helped me out of pain so I can enjoy my Thanksgiving, the staff Was amazing I noticed. Patients were being seen right away I would recommend them for anybody that has orthopedic care needs again. Thank you so much for making my Thanksgiving painless.

It is not urgent care. They said they would "squeeze me in" 2 hours later when Doctor returned from lunch. And good luck finding the place. Google maps clearly brought us to the school.

Dislocated my finger on a Friday after work. Went in at 6 pm and was seen right away. Relocated and splinted finger.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had at a doctors office. I tried to walk in this afternoon with severe back and shoulder pain and they refused to take me 20min before closing. It doesn’t matter if it’s a Friday afternoon, you should be respectful to anyone and everyone who walks in the door. Urgent Care is known to take walk in patients hence it’s “urgent” and should be required to admit someone if it is prior to closing. The front desk staff is rude and were obviously trying to leave the office for the weekend. Do not waste your time here.

My Husband woke up and could not move his shoulder We went to this walk in and was so pleased with his care ! I am in medicine field and so critical of lots of care but what a wonderful find this is ! Ron was terrific made us fell like family. My husband had X-ray diagnosed and treated within one hour. The clinic was spotless and the staff were wonderful. This is the place to go in an emergency Great Job Team !!!!
