This was my first appointment with Dr. Bender. All of the staff were friendly. Dr. Bender was interpersonal and very knowledgeable. Everything was handled in a smooth, organized, professional manner. Therefore, I had a good experience and my hip is feeling much better based on his medical care.

OK, I fractured my arm. They could see me the next day with who you guys recommended and he just put me in a different sling and sent me on my way. I don’t think that that I’m assured that this is the right treatment, which is no treatment.

I feel that the staff was very personable and professional while guiding me through the need to make an appointment and all the way to the completion of my appointment. They were very attentive to everything I asked and said. I especially appreciated Dr Michnik and his support and explanation of what was needed to get me back to normal.
