Had a very bad experience with Dr. A. Tafel and it’s put a bad taste in my mouth for the entire facility. The facility is clean & new, staff & medical assistant are nice Unfortunately I had to meet with the practice manager Samantha after the doctor walked out mid consultation. I quickly realized they are not patient centered. They just follow Doctor lead good, bad or indifferent. She made excuses for him & that really makes me question what is going on around here especially with worker’s compensation cases. He refused to come back in the room and apologize. He refused to come back and continue the conversation he preferred to dismiss me out of his care and that’s fine I don’t have confidence in you as a Practioner. It’s is a sad day when you cannot have a conversation with your provider

I would give Dr. Reynolds six stars if I could. He is extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. To my understanding, he performed a robot-assisted total knee replacement using a press-fit implant and tourniquet technique. This approach minimizes surgical time while maximizing outcomes. In my case, the procedure required additional time to fully straighten my knee because the supporting tissue had shortened after years of being held in a bent position. Dr. Reynolds took the necessary time and care to ensure full correction and proper alignment. Throughout the process, he was very reassuring and confident that, based on my condition, I would recover well. What a great experience! Everyone that works there made my visit easy and calm. Was very nervous when I was going and in no time I was made to feel very comfortable. Great visit. Loved the Dr and his staff! Would definitely recommend. Explained every option thoroughly.

I had knee surgery on 02/24/26. Dr Kelly was my amazing surgeon, with fabulous bedside manner (something that is rare, nowadays). My pre-op nurses were Alissa and Erica. They were personable, fun, and made me VERY comfortable during a stressful situation, all while demonstrating their professionalism, skills, and knowledge. My post-op team, Jillian and Megan, made sure I would be as comfortable as possible during my ride home and presented clear discharge instructions to my niece(I was a bit groggy). The entire experience deserves my 5-star rating! I recommend this team to anyone dealing with any orthopedic situation!!!!
