They need to staff new front desk people upstairs. Upstairs front desk staff Tammy and short hair brunette girl are extremely unpleasant, don’t call back when they say they will, refuse to be of any kind of help at all and charge incorrectly and then state “that’s not my job” when you ask for any type of information. They do not smile or greet patients with sincerity and do not wish to be there. I’ve witnessed numerous unpleasant encounters with the front desk staff with other employees and patients. This review is of no reflection of the doctors. First impression is everything and this is horrible customer service. Dr kleiman gets 5/5 stars. He’s an incredible and attentive Dr as well as all of his staff. They are amazing

Awesome experience! Dr. Collins is a breath of fresh air! It took a year, but I finally found a competent doctor to work on my hand. She explained everything, and did all the tests that the other doctor said he did, but didn’t. No wonder she has such wonderful feedback! I AM SO HAPPY! Thank you, I can finally get my hand fixed!!! The staff are great, and the office is laid back and comfortable. I was seen very quickly. Extremely professional compared to other offices and physicians!

Dr. Kleiman was very pleasant, knowledgeable and he diagnosed my problem instantaneously. After more than 4 years of visiting specialists, my husbands orthopedic surgeon suggested that I visit Dr Kleiman. I am so happy and confident that I will finally be able to walk without the pain of hammer toe. Thank God for Dr Kleiman!!!!!!!

First visit here and I couldn’t be more satisfied with Dr. Skinner and his PA (whose name I regretfully can’t recall). I do remember, though, how gently she gave me the injection…truly the best. Dr. Skinner provided a clear diagnosis and treatment plan with great confidence, and I felt completely in capable hands (pun intended). The staff was wonderful as well. Overall, an excellent medical experience.
