Everyone there was very courteous and polite. The front desk was very busy with situations that were not "cut & dry" so they were a bit involved. They handled it well with 3 of 4 stations operating. The intake nurse was friendly and professional. The X-ray department was prompt and the X-rays were crystal clear. The Physician's Assistant was very kind and ready to listen and answer all of my questions. I had a pleasant experience! Thanks for being polite and kind😊 Okay... I just had my final visit as I am well enough to be released. I totally loved meeting Tracy and being cared for by her. Such a warm person and knowledgeable in her scope of practice.

I really appreciate it, Travis Transue’s positive and friendly attitude it makes an unexpected accident less scary. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. It’s a pleasure to work with him!

My first time visit and I was very pleased. I'm visiting family and slipped and fell. I'm not from this area but I will return here for all upcoming appointments. I could easily go somewhere closer to home but I want to come back. It has a "family feel" here. Very kind and respectful. I didn't wait to be seen and I didn't have an appointment. Kyra Farkas you are amazing!

This place was great! Called with 10 minutes left before closing in a frantic that my 3 yr old did something to his wrist. I had a million and 1 questions and Kathy (I believe that was her name) answered them all without rushing me and was so polite!! They got him in and back very quickly, got his X-rays, got him in a splint and was on his way. Very great practice, thank you to everyone that helped! Edit to add: Dr. Gish was great!!

Check-in Staff-DO BETTER!! Urgent Care provider only if your emergency needs are before 7:30pm, because they close at 8pm. Is it even a true urgent care facility, If you need to be sure your pain is within a certain timeframe? Arrived shortly after 7:30pm, in excruciating pain with shooting pains in leg and foot. Not a single person in line or wait. Thoughts to myself, this could be good, considering I often tolerate any pain and just deal with it. I apologized (I knew they were soon closing) as I approached 2 unhappy, rude and unprofessional front desk clerks. Unfortunately, I haven’t been in for some time therefore, my information needed updated. (Guess that meant work had to be done) of course there had to be issues with the scanner/pc to properly add my current information. At this p
