Dr Cook and Dr Scott are great but that receptionist they have should be put in back not front. I had to go in today for therapy so I stopped on other side at Dr Cooks office and told the receptionist I have been off work since my surgery in May and I wanted to see if I could get a return to work note and what my restrictions are. She tells me she will go find out and come over to Physical Therapy office and let me know. She came over to the Physical Therapy office and told me when Dr. Cook wanted to see me again so to come schedule when I was done and get work note. When I get over there I explained to her I already had an appt scheduled and she tells me she don't see it in there. I asked her also about the work note again she started telling me what he said again about work, I explain t

My son had a standing appointment to get his cast removed; upon our arrival we were advised his doctor was in Vandalia today. No prior call to reschedule or andvise and then we were advised we could wait to see another doctor but didn’t know when that would be. Finally offered an appointment next Tuesday or come back after hours.

I would never go back to this place,! The only reason I did was that my Back Doctor Dr. Nicholas Grisoni switched from his old doctor's office to working with this firm! His treatment and care I revived immediately dropped. The staff is sole I think if you could get any of them to ole the world would be a happier place. I do not recommend Orthopedic Associates to anyone. Dr. Grisono shame on you for changing shame on you for becoming uncaring when you moved to this office. And she on the staff for the delays it has taken I'm the handling of my care. Covid is not an excuse for anything anymore my care has nothing to do with it. I'm in this office for its very slow turnaround on filing paperwork filing for the delays Just filing paperwork with insurance companies for procedure approvals etc

Made an appointment to see Dr. Tygher for back issue. After xrays I was seen by his P.A. She went through the exam way too quick and was not listening to what I was saying. She didn't even do a physical exam of my spine. If I had not had 20 + years of job related medical experience I would have no clue what she was telling me.

Thanks to Dr Cook and Dr Tigyer. Dr cook has taken care of my knee replacement and Dr Tigyer my back. They are both tremendous doctors whom I trust completely. Your facilities and staff are the BEST. Thanks to Lisa, Zach and Traci for always being so kind and helpful. I recommend this group of doctors to everyone I talk too. You all are the greatest.
