I understand medicine and I understand corporations run the schedule for the doctors. We are lucky to have doctors at all the way their lives have changed. Most of them didn't go to school to spend 10 minutes with a patient listen take notes and try to make a diagnosis. And how about when someone goes in for one thing and start complaining about something else for 15 minute? If we do that it puts our doctors behind. People say doctors are arrogant well if someone's going to work on my body I want them to think they are God. We are spoiled in this country. Of course our health care is not perfect but we all think we are so special and our problems are so special. Medical staff are people too with real problems. Being kind and patient is free

I have had 2 knee replacements over the past 18 months performed by Dr. Hale and his team at OCR. The surgeries went very well. My recoup for the 2nd one has taken a bit longer as I pushed myself to do more than I should have been doing. My knee is great, but I am now working on my hip and TI band. Dave, one of Dr. Hale's PAs at the center, has seen me along with Dr. Hale and is very knowledgable and has helped with adjusting my therapy goals. Dr. Hale's assistants and nursing staff especially Lisa and Ashlen, are excellent and get back to me in a very timely fashion when I have e-mailed or called them. Tyler P., who has been my Physical Therapist for both recoups, is excellent. He knows me well enough to get me through some of the grueling, but necessary exercises. I appreciate his knowl

I want to say first, every doctor my family and I have worked with were exceptional and grateful for their expertise. My young adult son broke his leg March 2024 while going to college and on Medicaid. We submitted his Medicaid number several times to correct the charge and bill department advised they verified his insurance was active at the time of visit. I just received another bill again. I will drive to Denver for anything orthopedic moving forward.

I had an appointment for 9AM and finally saw the doctor at 10AM. Dr. Jabvernick orthopedic surgeon, does shoulders and knees. I explained history for him, he did explain what was occurring in my knee per the MRI i had completed. He indicated that a total knee is the only option and when I expressed i had a metal allergy and would need a ceramic coated implant he promptly told me there was nothing he could do for me. As I was walking out he said to get ahold of him if I wanted a steroid injection. This doctor is beyond arrogant. I would be very cautious if you are considering knee or shoulder surgery. I would not have him, he has ZERO integrity.

If you value your time and don't want to wait 30 minutes to an hour and a half past your appointment time. Go somewhere else. The PT scheduling is just as bad, except they will schedule you at a different location than where you ask for. When the Dr. Was asked why it took so long. It was explained that he double books all day. Which caused him to an hour and a half behind by 4:00pm. His only advice for if we didn't want to wait that long was to show up late. It is obvious that they are only interested in making as much money as possible, with no regard for customer service.
