Please get a second opinion if you see a Dr. at OCR Longmont. I went in to see the foot surgeon I was told I had Morton’s neuropathy in my foot. I had 3 injections which help but then the Dr. stated no more and surgery needed to be done. I had the surgery to get the nerve taken out of my foot. It has been 6 months and my foot hurts way worse than it did before the surgery. After multiple appointments back with the surgeon I was told “what would you like me to treat when I don’t see anything wrong “. Two second opinions later both Dr.’s told me they would have never snipped the nerve it should have been fully removed. Now I have nerve stumps in that foot which are detangled nerve end that are causing me excruciating pain. Second Dr asked me to bring in my MRI that was done before the su
I broke my foot (fifth metatarsal) at work in May of 2024 and visited this clinic. I had to see Dr. George Chaus because he was the only "workers comp" doctor at this location. During the first visit, he barely spent three minutes with me and I mostly only interacted with the nurse who fitted my cast. During the second visit in June, he simply prescribed physical therapy after my cast was removed. During my third visit in August, was very dismissive of my complaints of pain and told me that "everything looked fine" and that any pain I was experiencing was simply because I was not "trying hard enough" at my exercises and physical therapy. He even noted in my documentation "X-rays show excellent bone healing. Unclear why the claimant is progressing so slowly with physical therapy." Because
I've been trying for a month already to get in contact with the manager . Lucas Schnell, DO Top three worst Physicians ever in Colorado. It disregarded my two positive nerve studies and the symptoms I was experiencing. My last visit he was not even in the room for a minute and just told me nothing was wrong with me and they were referring me out. He was already walking out the door when I had many questions So he took a step back in. He did not treat me with dignity as a patient in pain. I just felt like I was a pest to him. He declined any treatment. I needed surgery on both arms. But I was not worth his time. People like him should not be doctors. I did not accept Being dismissed by him, so I went to another orthopedic Who did the operation I was needing. Other than Lucas Schnell, DO - P
My experience with this office was not good . The person checking me in seemed put out by doing so. I waited 40 minutes to see a doctor. I was told all the was going to happen. I mentioned precautions because I have immunocompromised people in my home and was told that they don't have control to implement my precautions, which were that anyone dealing directly with me wear a mask. When I left the office there was some confusion as the where to get scans done. I decided not to proceed with this office only to find out I that I then had to cancel a surgery that was already scheduled without talking with me. And cancel a pain medication prescription that was already waiting at my pharmacist. The communication from this office was poor at best. I felt I had to do a bunch of unnecessary work t
I’m very pleased with the doctors, but the scheduling staff leaves a little bit to be desired. I called the day after Thanksgiving to try and make an appointment and waited. 45 minutes on the phone finally called some other number. I don’t even remember what it was got a hold of somebody and they said oh by the way we’re closed And when I complained that there was nothing on the website to state that fact, she hung up on me.. I called This past Friday to make an appointment with my orthopedist and the person I spoke to assured me she would get a hold of his staff and hook me up - it’s The following Tuesday and I still haven’t heard anything from them. I called again today and whoever I talk to said she has no clue what happened so I guess I fell off the cliff or into the black hole, so I’m
