Had a total knee replacement on my left knee at Brunswick hospital in 2013 after many injuries. After the surgery I laid in my room and cried like a child from the pain I was in. He didn’t leave orders for pain meds and hospital couldn’t get up with him. An ER doctor happen to be walking by my room and heard me weeping, he came in talked with me looked at my chart and told the nurse to get me a morphine pump ASAP. She said she couldn’t because there wasn’t an order. He told her go get the damn pump now that he will sign the order. All this happened around 5pm after a 6am surgery. The nurse was such a terrible person so hateful. I was supposed to be up walking pretty soon after surgery but it took 1 1/2 days before I saw a PT person. My knee hurts more now than before surgery. Dr Kelso, is the worst orthopedic doctor, I have ever met in my life. I got into a wreck & injured my right arm & soon as I told him it was from a wreck he changed his attitude. He helps the insurance companies. Most naive doctor & worst doctor ever. Never would recommend him!
