Orthopaedic and Sports Therapy Center

This place is a joke! They have a bogus charged on my account for a treatment I never received and refuse to remove it. Nothing more than uneducated office staff and poorly trained doctors. The staff is grossly unprofessional.

Broke my heel doctor wants to see me every 2-3 weeks to take X-rays and quick consolt. Expect to wait at least 2 hours, but more likely 3. Physical therapy kept scheduling me 3 times a week and have to change it to 2 times. Said my ankle was week but I could weight train the same in both legs. Was just increasing pressure on side and stretching I needed. Didn't progress till i stopped and followed a more logical regime. Expect to wait hours each time for doctor and physical therapy with kids not knowing anything.

I had an initial appointment with Dr. Wilson for my knees. Dr Wilson was very informative and laid out my options. Knee replacement can be scary when your a hard working man and Dr. Wilson made me comfortable with the decision. Also made my wife comfortable with this decision. I've read some negative reviews about wait times but excellent care takes time and I would rather have to wait and be taken good care of then rushed through the whole process.. Thank you Dr. Wilson and OSTC.. looking forward to this journey ahead.

Front desk person was very short with me and quite rude but did get back to me about my question very quickly. The only odd thing about the whole thing is that she told me she asked the ceo about my question which was if there were any pt’s that treated and/or specialized in hypermobility disorders and she said the ceo said that I wouldn’t find anyone in town that would do that. I called north Texas rehab and they said that all of the pt’s were equipped to treat hypermobility disorders and that they treat it quite often. Just all around a very odd interaction.

My visit yesterday with OSTC all the employees were awesome. Greeted me with smiling faces, very professional and went above and beyond to make feel comfortable at all times. I was unable to fill the forms out due to my injury. So a nice young lady came and took me back and reviewed it with me and filled it out. I am very thankful for my treatment and kindness from all.
