Orthodontics of the Lehigh Valley - Dr. Stephen Ely

Would have given 0 stars if that was an option. Dr. Ely absorbed my daughter as a patient from an orthodontist who retired. He never seemed very interested. She was often told she was non-compliant and did not follow instructions, but at home was checked frequently for compliance and seemed to be doing well. Her last visit she was told she was on track and to switch trays weekly. She was seen today and was told she was wearing the wrong tray and that it has been three years and that she is noncompliant and he was done. We will not be returning. He is rude and only wants to speak at people without hearing what is happening at home. He provides no time for any type of open communication. Beware before agreeing to treatment in this office.

If you’re looking for a FANTASTIC orthodontist look no further! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Starting with the friendliest staff you will ever meet to the most thorough doctor there is. From start to finish, my braces have been a breeze with Dr. Ely. He answers all questions you have and makes you feel the most comfortable when you’re being helped! I will be promptly recommending all of my friends and family to the office for some more amazing results :)

What an amazing staff Dr. Ely has! Tori is such an amazing assistant and very prompt and knowledgeable in her profession and can tell she loves her job!

Got my braces put on today . And they did them quick !! Staff was super friendly !! I’d recommend this place to family and friends any day !!

I am forever grateful for Dr. Ely and his staff! My son just finished his 2 year mark with his braces and just got them off. I myself still have some time with my invisalign. We always have great appointments. I love all the ladies working here. Paige is such a sweetheart. I remember when she helped start my son and my journey 2 years ago. Now she had the honor of removing my sons braces today. I would highly recommend coming here. This staff is amazing and they are so caring. They work with you through your entire journey here. Whether it's the braces, financially, emotionally...they are always here for you. Thank you Dr. Ely and your team for always being so caring and welcoming during each and every appointment.
