I started all 4 of kids on braces. My kids were very nervous about the placement but Perla made them feel very comfortable. She explained and showed them the tools they were going to be using and how is was not going to be a painful procedure. I only day I could come in was a Friday , the doctor is usually not they on Fridays but he was willing to come in, do a consult and start treatment on his day off. The front desk lady, Theresa was very friendly and nice. They had no problem with me going to the back and be there with my kids. They are very affordable. It is worth driving 40 min to see them. I would totally recommend them. Thanks your great care.

In the beginning it was great, business closed without any notification. The business committed to complete Orthodontic Treatment for my daughter, who has a severe underbite. We started treatment in September of 2020, treatment was great for 1 1/2 years, the main ortho assistant Perla left the company, the business closed one location in January of 2023, Tempe location was open short staffed, From Jan 23-Mar 23 staff was unorganized and provided incorrect treatment putting wires in the wrong spaces causing delay in treatment SLA. Last day of treatment was on 03/29/23 ortho assistant and dr argued in front of my daughter, when dr left room ortho assistant started speaking badly about him. Ortho assistant pinched my daughters lips several times and took out frustrations during her treatment

I’m not too fond of going to the dentist Because I had bad experience as a kid but walking into the dentist office today I felt welcomed they are super friendly nice answered all my questions I needed gave me all the details I needed every single person in the office was super friendly and it just made the experience so much better. And they know what they’re doing they’re not gonna put you anything you don’t need to go through for extra money they get straight to the point and tell you what you need to benefit your teeth. Definitely going to recommend to friends and family. Thank you guys so much!!

Office closed no notice. I paid in full for 3 people and I see no way of finishing treatment or getting money back. The orthodontist could be mean and snappy. I could hear yelling behind closed doors and office manager was working on teeth and although she apologized for the doctors behavior, I would often leave in tears.

Best pricing and Ortho Care I have found. Great payment plan options and great scheduling options. They are fast, dont keep you waiting. I barely started care mid April and my gaps have already closed! They make sure you in as less pain as possible. Also super clean and friendly!
