I had been going to this office for more than a year and it’s always a pleasure to go there for my treatment , my teeth looks perfect now. Desk employees always greet you with a big smile even though they are busy, texting communication is great. Dr and technicians always happy , treating you with kindness , respect. I sure highly recommend this office :)

I am writing this review with immense frustration and disappointment following my recent visit to Dental Options in North Miami with my son and daughter. My children needed necessary dental work, and my insurance, Delta Dental, covers 100% of the cost with a zero copay for these procedures. However, the office staff, without my knowledge or consent, added non-essential, "additional" services to our treatment plan, making the total amount exceed what my insurance would cover. When I tried to resolve this discrepancy, the office manager, Carlos, was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He condescendingly asked if I was a doctor and, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, told me to "find another place to go" if I didn't like their services.
