We are so pleased with the quality of care we have received by Dr. Randy and his staff. I was a patient in his office as a child, and enjoyed the personal attention and care I received. This office was my first call when my own children were ready for orthodontics. The staff have created a warm and comfortable atmosphere, where everyone is welcome. Dr. Randy is very attentive to the needs of his patients, and meets one-on-one to create a plan for the best care.

Our fourth family memeber just got his braces off. Perfection once again by this group. They have been fantastic with accommodating appointments, locations, and payments. The final outcome with all four of family members have been top notch. Dr Randy and his crew have been great to deal with, I would definitely recommend this group to others. We have 2 children as patients and cannot say enough good things about this practice! The staff is always so very friendly and helpful, especially with busy schedules! Made an appointment almost a month and a half ago, called to make sure I had the appointment time right and they never put our appointment in the computer. Here I am 3 days before my son's appointment and now no orthodontist appointment. The person who answered the phone wanted to debate with me on if I had the right office. I told her they'd sent me paperwork to complete before the appointment but no reminder card. She pulled our file and said they had the appointment written down but it never got scheduled. Here I scheduled other dr appointments for that day to utilize my day off and not have to miss multiple days and the main appointment I was scheduling around is not even scheduled as I was told it would be!! Very irritated parent here!!

Went here years ago, as a minor, no complaints or questions I had were ever addressed. I had to get my braces re-implanted after they were removed for the first time because they 'were not satisfied with the results' thus taking several additional years to complete. Once they decided my teeth were sufficiently aligned, I was given a removable retainer for my upper teeth and a permanent one for my lower teeth. I requested a removable one for my lower, but their response was that they did not think I would reliably wear my retainers and so wanted to add the permanent one (which makes no sense, I was already having to remember to put the upper in, so why not both?). When I presented this question and request, it was brushed off, and told that I could get it removed later as an adult. All in a
