I absolutely love Orthodontic Associates! The convenience alone is amazing — I can reschedule or visit another location if I need to. But the Kelly location is hands-down my favorite! The orthodontic assistants there are the sweetest and truly the most efficient. They get me in and out while still making me feel welcome, not like I’m just sitting in a boring doctor’s office. The whole team is kind, upbeat, and genuinely cares. And my orthodontist? AH-MAZING. Couldn’t ask for a better experience every time I go in!

I was in braces for six years due to Justin Power lying to my parents and saying he knew what he was doing when it came to getting a baby tooth down from the roof of my mouth. I had to have three oral surgeons, and after the last one my surgeon was fully confident it should be pulled down with ease, as he was the previous two times as well. But Justin was either too scared or too arrogant to do what my oral surgeon recommended, and now I have an implant in its place. Also, I am now dealing with TMJ issues and have a dead tooth next to the implant. I would not recommend this place to anybody unless you want to waste thousands of dollars, just for Justin Power to fill you full of bs about how he did his best and still feels great with his work

The office is really nice. The staff is so nice and friendly. They are great efficient and are good at that they do.
