I love Dr. Baker and the Physicians assistant, Kristina H. They did a great job removing the tumor from my finger and educating me along the way. The surgical center on Dixie Hwy is phenomenal and cuts down on the time you are away from the comfort of home. Finger is healing well and it has only been 13 days. :)

However I feel like writing a review regarding my treatments and the way I breeze in and out quickly is very appreciated. But I’m not just writing a review because of those reasons alone. I haven't even gone to this location as a patient yet and I am horrified by the way their scheduling appointment staff treat people. When I called after getting my referral from my doctor an older woman answers the phone tells me to hold on and just flat out hangs up on me, I call the second time and same thing happens, I called the third and said hello I am trying to schedule an appointment please don't hang up on me that is so rude, the lady doesn't even apologize and asks for my information, today I called because our area had bad weather and it was heavily snowing, the woman did not respond with anything like "oh my gosh so sorry to hear that we certainly want to keep you safe", she was once again an older woman probably mid 40s-60s. Dr. Hummle did a knee revision a couple of weeks ago. He set me up for success and took every precaution possible. Alex is amazing and is so caring and knowledgeable with my post op care. They make a great team!!

Dr. Adam Schumaier was very good. He was very attentive and caring. Very easy to talk with and he really listened. Got me in quick for my surgery and took the time to explain how the surgery would go. I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Schumaier!!! His after care has been is above any I have ever had. He truly cares about every one of his patients.
