Ortho Speed Pass Orthopedic Urgent Care Center - ROCKY HILL

I called a few places looking for a price for x rays and to see a doctor (self pay, no insurance) and either could not get a straight answer or was told a ridiculously high amount. When I called here, not only was I given a precise amount, but it was much cheaper than other places had “quoted”. The lady on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable and got me an appointment the same day. I was very pleased with the whole staff and was able to get the answers I needed at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Life happens. Don't appreciate being yelled at,insulted and ridiculed for missing a appointment. If I make the mistake to go here again what they said to me about being unprofessional I will say to them if the appointment starts one minute late. Absolutely pathetic treatment.

My call was answered fairly quickly but the physicians assistant was super rude and short with me when I just had a couple questions to ask. When I said okay thanks she just responded “mhm” and hung up. Very unprofessional.

Had to bring my son in, they were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to take make sure he was okay. I wish I knew they were here sooner. Wasted my time at my pediatrician!

Kind, professional, fast, and very helpful. Wish I found this place years ago. Staff was above average, in every department.
