I want to leave this review because yesterday my daughter got her braces, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. I 100% recommend this place. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They made us feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. The doctor is amazing, so caring, patient, and dedicated. He explained everything clearly and treated my daughter with so much kindness and respect. We are truly grateful for such a special and positive experience. I highly recommend this office without hesitation.

This Bartram location of Ortho 99 is impressive. Very friendly and professional personnel—they definitely hire well. The place is always super clean. And the whole service experience is fantastic. We also think we are getting excellent value for the price and we had received quotes from 4 other orthodontists. Definitely would recommend them.

So happy I was recommended this place by a friend. My experience has been amazing. I had a consultation at noon and by 3 pm was starting my treatment. The front desk was so friendly and welcoming, and Morrigan was super sweet, she explained step by step everything she was doing to me. I’m beyond excited to begin my new smile journey!

I am so happy to begin my ortho treatment with y'all, especially after speaking to the dentist. He was very knowledgeable and transparent on what to expect. This is the third orthodontist I have consulted with and the first to make me feel confident about starting this new journey! The staff were very polite and professional. All of the staff have been great with my daughter. Their work is wonderful and much more affordable than other providers in the surrounding areas! The front desk ladies are so kind and always greet with a smile!
