Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group

Between my Mother and myself I have seen many doctors at Orlin & Cohen Orthopedics. They all have been great Doctors but of course some were just standouts not even for their expertise which they were top top docs but had outstanding rapport with my mother and I, and they were all fantastic. I myself love this place and the multiple locations I've been to. Everything also from Pain management to physical therapy and imaging.

I felt loved and cared for and the professionalism of the the stuff and workers were top class... It's the best place to be to recover from your surgery in record time.... The physical therapist staff everyone was flawless Happy. Joyful and Caring couldn't find anything better. It's like being in heaven on Earth... I'm going to miss them and wish they were with me always everyday... Dr Brian Mercer was having sent to take care of me no one else could have done what he did for me.... I love him.I love him. God bless him and his family.

I waited 45 minutes passed by appointment in waiting area. Then another 20 minutes in exam room. Doctor was pleasant and courteous. Gave his assessment. Did not really recommend many options. Did suggest physical therapy. After being seen waited another 15 mins. To check out and request appointment with physical therapy. I have not heard from that department as of yet.

My experience with Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group was amazing! The Surgical Coordinator the staff, the entire team were very professional. I would like to give a special thanks to Jhanelle Nordstrom, Surgical Coordinator. She went over and beyond the call of duty just to help me and I will never forget her for that. Dr. Feder is very kind and made me feel at ease. He did an excellent job on my feet. What an excellent Surgeon he is! Thank you so much! I’m so grateful!

Horrible billing customer service. I was billed over $2000 for gel shots that I paid for myself. I called twice to straighten it out and spoke to Nas both times who was rude and unhelpful. I have no way to straighten this out without speaking to someone else, in which I've had no luck.
