From the moment I arrived at the front desk to show my ID to Karen in registration was welcoming, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. She set a positive tone for the entire appointment. My ultrasound was performed by Jamie and she was absolutely wonderful . They were professional, kind, and took the time to make me feel comfortable throughout the exam. Her calm and reassuring approach really made a difference. I also had a CT scan with Dave, who was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, was very patient, and made sure I was comfortable during the scan. My elderly father was transported by paramedics from a nursing facility to Orlando Health Melbourne Hospital, and from the moment I arrived at the ER, I was very pleased with how the attending medical staff handled the situation. I would especially like to recognize APRN Kimberly Ross, who was absolutely amazing. Ms. Ross was incredibly compassionate, attentive, and patient as I discussed my father’s difficult situation. Her professionalism and genuine concern meant a great deal during a stressful time. My father was admitted for a few days, and throughout his stay the medical staff assigned to him continued to provide attentive and caring treatment. My wife was terrified because she never had any procedure ever done before or had never been put to sleep either!Well every person there made her comfortable as they could and were so kind.The one nurse he let her hold his hand.And another nurse said she was so unusual because it was her first time.Many he said they done it 10 times.He was amazed to see her.Because of this procedure you all have save her life. She won’t get cancer. She must learn and follow up in 5 years.I had been after her to get this done many years.Thank you all very much. Thank our father in heaven and Jesus very much.

My two year old son had to get brought back pretty quick for belly breathing. The team on shift right now was incredible. From the moment we walked in from the CSR to all the nurses/X-ray team/and both physicians. Y’all were incredible. Extremely grateful for each and every single one of you! Happy to know when we come and visit family in town if anything happens I can rely on y'all to be of great service!
