Well, the woman taking my blood did a great job. I was extremely disappointed that I was not informed that this was a 12 to 14 hour fast for this particular test. When I asked why I was not informed the phlebotomist said that they don’t have time to notify each client of what is required. Forgive me this makes no sense. If the company taking the blood does not inform the patient of the parameters required for the testing. She also informed me My cardiologist office would not have had any idea that the fasting would’ve needed to be 12 to 14 hours. Forgive me, but it would seem that the lab who is making the appointment and taking the blood SHOULD INFORM THE PATIENT PRIOR TO THE TEST OF THE REQUIRED FASTING PERIOD. ,

After having a terrible experience at LabCorp, I made an appointment for the first time here at labworks and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. I had an appointment I showed up promptly and I was called back within 3 minutes and I was out the door in 5 minutes. I was treated well and the staff was friendly. I will be using this office from now on for any lab orders. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it!

Never have been here before and it was an AWESOME experience. I am not a fan of getting blood work done and the cheerful woman who did take my blood was super nice and very gentle. She understood that I was nervous. Took minutes!! This was the location at Oviedo and I would recommend anyone else who needs lab work done to come here.

We took our daughter for her first labs, and it was a great experience. She came out not afraid of getting her blood drawn. Thank you for your patience and customer service today!

This is my second experience here at the labworks office located at university Blvd. Both times I have been treated wonderfully by Gloria. Her demeanor, friendliness and overall attitude towards me was absolutely lovely and I am thankful for having her do my blood work. Usually having your blood drawn isn’t a fun experience, and on the contrary she made it quite pleasant. She is great people. I rarely leave a review, but it needs to be stated and hence leaving one for her. Thank you and will be coming back just because of how she treated me. 🫂💜
