I am Grateful for the staff at Orlando Family Medical. Nahir works the front reception. She is wonderful & always helpful. Unfortunately, I do not know everyone's name. During my last visit, Laura & Dr. Wilcanor Lopez were great. I am blessed the office is a very short walk from my home. I am very happy Orlando Family Medical is taking care of me. 🥳❤🌈💙🙏⚕🏥

I had my annual check-up in December and returned in January to review the results. Instead of taking time to explain my previous lab results or discuss my health, I was immediately asked to do new blood work simply because my insurance had already approved another annual check-up. This made me feel like just another number rather than a patient whose health actually matters. I believe proper care should include reviewing and explaining results before ordering new tests. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

It’s a little frustrating when half of the staff doesn’t understand English first of all then you wait 3 hours to be seen by the dr not to mention I was seen in December for my annual visit but they said because it was a new year and the insurance would cover it I had to have another visit before I can have blood drawn for my annual blood clearance. While you wait 3 hours their friends and family come in and they are seen in minutes when I asked how they got finish in 20 minutes I was told it was a different dr. I don’t care what dr I see especially since I just did my annual in December and I’m being forced to do this to have bloodwork done.

My provider was exceptional—truly taking the time to listen to my concerns without ever rushing the appointment. The diagnosis was thorough, and the care plan was clearly explained, focusing on prevention as much as treatment. The convenience of having on-site services, like lab work, made the entire visit hassle-free. This clinic offers truly compassionate, comprehensive, and high-quality medical service. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Clermont area looking for a reliable family physician!

Dr Lopez has offered key advice to help me lose weight, gain better control of my diabetes, medication management and many other elements of my healthcare. He is a good listener, has always taken his time making me feel like I’m his only patient and never rushed. He is the standard to which excellence should be measured. I can’t say enough good things about his staff as well. A great group of nurses who are always helpful and friendly.
