I had the best experience at Orenco eye care. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. Jamie was extremely helpful and helped me figured out which glasses and added things i needed to get what was best for me. Dr. Lee was super sweet and made the exam easy and simple to understand. I didn’t have to wait long and they didn’t make me feel like I was just a number or some random customer. They made me feel important. The environment was also super comfortable and relaxing that it helped put my anxiety at ease! I highly recommend going to them if you want to feel important, heard and in a friendly respectful environment!

From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding — the team genuinely cares and makes you feel supported every step of the way. I purchased a new pair of bifocal glasses, and they arrived quickly. After a few adjustments, we decided the lenses needed to be modified, and the turnaround was impressively fast. I also experienced an issue with the frames, and they replaced them promptly under warranty without any hassle. The entire process was handled with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency.
