Andrea very knowledgeable and she suggested not to do anything. I really appreciate her honest opinion. All stuff in the office very friendly and really knows what they do. 5 star

A few months in with our first set of braces. We are having a great experience so far. Dr. Laidlaw is super sweet, capable and relates well to the kids. We have also had only great interactions with all the staff. Would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Laidlaw and her team are by far the best healthcare team I’ve come across in a long time. I had a short treatment (6 months), have never had braces before, and her team took wonderful care of me every step of the way. This team knows customer service. From the moment you walk in, they pay attention to detail. The receptionists are all very friendly, the waiting area is cozy, and then the consultation—wow! A pleasant and comfortable experience throughout. Then the doctor, just by touching my jaw, told me I had something I had never noticed before. It's nice to have my mouth filled with braces.
