Oregon Dermatology

I have be seeing dermatologists for several years. After another one left the State, I found Dr. Balin. After 3 years of seeing him, I have to say how much I appreciate hisprofessional, thorough and efficient manner and treatment. He takes it seriously and because of his demeanor, I am comfortable. He remains professional and gives you information and treats the issue appropriately. Thank you

Check in receptionist was so rude. The notebook to fill in medical information was filthy. Brittany was great. Dr. B. spoke so fast using medical terms I could not understand and I didn't appreciate having to disrobe in front of him. I will never go back.

Had a biopsy done and they called and left me a message at 4:50 that they had the results. Called back at 4:51 and no one would answer. Worried all night and called back at 8:05 AM in the morning after they opened. Have now spent 48 minutes trying to get through but am only getting an answering machine. Have also left two messages. Horrible customer service!

I made an appointment 3 and a half months ago and 20 hours before my appointment the call and tell me they can’t get me in and can’t reschedule me for 2 months. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.

TLDR: Oregon Dermatology does not train their receptionists and have incorrectly billed me for 3/3 of my visits, love getting an extra 110 dollar bill 2 weeks after thinking I paid in full!! I had to go in three times, I paid independently and always in full. Every time they have had issues with billing and a few weeks later I would get a bill in the mail. The first time this happened, I had my follow up appointment the next week. So after paying for that visit, I took the bill out and asked the receptionist about it. She told me that it’s an error happening to everyone and that some old guy came in 10 minutes before they closed yesterday about it. She then told me not to worry about.
