Local Pharmacy good service and Charles the owner is awesome

This place used to be the best and I used to never have any problems with them until they started making me wait 5 hours for a prescription thats been called in not even 10 minutes after opening. ANDDDDD it's always the short over weight lady who makes the mistakes every month!!!! And I mean every month. That needs to b investigated, I can understand the waiting part, but to make me wait that long (4 or 5 hours) for the prescription and still b short, isn't only unacceptable, it's sketchy specially when it has happened multiple months in a row. It's making me think that she puts the rest of them on the side hoping noone notices so she can keep the remaining ones and taking the rest of the prescription home for her own personal use unfortunately. I like to say that Charles is a wonderful businessman who runs his Pharmacy with a professional and yet still a family feel base. He assured that his patients/customers are provided with the care needed and also the correct knowledge of what they are being provided with. Thank you Orchard Pharmacy for being my go to pharmacy for the past 6 years and years to come. D. Brown

This place was cool at first I've been going here now 3+years. Charles is cool and willing to assist you. But the lady that works there. Gives u trouble she will have u sit there and wait, instead of telling u upfront. If theirs an issue Everytime I see her. I Kno it's going be a problem. She treats everyone like their a addict I hate that lady.
