Orchard Park Health and Rehabilitation Center

My dad recently fell putting him in the hospital. He was later transferred to Orchard Park to help him recover and improve his physical strength and other daily life skills. He as severe dementia and the combination of weakness and mental decline presented some special needs that many facilities would not be able to accommodate. The capabilities, facilities and the staff at Orchard Park were exceptional. They provided excellent care with compassion and patience. The PT and OT staff were awesome and my dad was up and walking the halls quickly with the use of a walker. We were able to transfer him out of Orchard Park and into a memory care center in a relatively short period of time. I attribute a lot of his recovery to the combined effort and expertise of the great people who attend

My wife was recently a patient at this facility. The staff were great to work with and very caring. The therapy team was really patient and willing to go at her pace. She was able to get stronger and it was faster than we expected. The food was better than the last nursing home we stayed in. This is definitely a facility that is worth considering for your loved one.

I stayed at Orchard Park for rehab. The staff treated me very nice and were very compassionate. The rehab team got me back on my feet and home sooner then I expected. I would highly recommend Orchard Park for your rehab facility. Donna. They really care about you meeting your goals and being successful.

The staff here nurses,aids and doctors are awesome. The food service department is TERRIBLE. From day 1 my meals would be missing items, yet Medicare would still be charged. Today 7/25 my dinner was suppose to have a bowl of cooked vegetables but what came was a bowl of hopped lettuce without any dressing just plain. I have had numerous conversations about my meals but nothing is done. After reading the other reviews, I want to say that the nurses and aids that took care of me were AWESOME. The PT'S did a great job. I would recommend this place if it wasn't for the food service. If any of the administrators reads this my advice is find a new food service

Kitchen staff is amazing, my father has been here for a month and he has had 10/10 experience with all the staff here, and especially the kitchen staff, they are amazing. The kitchen staff is amazing to my father especially. They're really nice and by far the best staff there.
