I cannot be more thankful for the people that helped me. The moment I walked in they were so helpful and so quick. Everyone was so nice the doctor was very helpful and easy to talk to explaining everything that I had going on. Way better than going to rideout.

HORRIBLE service, they treat you like you don’t know what you’re talking about, ignore you, and make you wait for an unprecedented amount of time and won’t tell you even an estimated timeframe. Disgusting, it’s also very dirty. The worst “nurse” (old white lady with shoulder length blond hair and glasses) has her name tag turned over (wonder why) she’s disrespectful and rude and I saw her picking her teeth with her finger, gross. I’m a germaphobe sitting in a nasty place that should be sanitary. I see why there’s 2.3 stars for this sorry excuse for a hospital. Been here for hours for my husband’s excruciating back pain, (herniated disc and cyst on his spine) no big deal apparently, they seem to not understand their training, as they have horrible operating standards, they just are failure

Can’t thank them enough for the great help they provided for my daughter. They worked with us in getting her prescription sent to a different pharmacy since no Walgreens had the antibiotic she needed. Very nice nurses and doctors. They made her feel comfortable. Worth the drive.

Better off going to Rideout where they take you seriously. not only when i was BITTEN BY A DOG the triage lady said “aww did someone get a booboo?” back in 2023, they did NOT take my mothers heart issue seriously. This hospital has SERIOUSLY gone downhill in the past few years.

We were here from 9 am till 1 pm. One of the male nurses is just the best. He's a tall guy, really friendly and thoroughly explains everything and answered any questions we had. The Dr's were also very kind and concerned for my step dads health. A few of the ladies working in the waiting room all seemed like they were annoyed and some of them answered rudely to some of the other patients that were asking when they were going to be seen. There was another lady in physical pain and they just ignored her. We saw one of the nurses, I'm assuming, walk into the waiting room, look at one of the patients, proceeds to point her finger at the guy and then wiggled it, signaling for him to follow her. It was so weird. She looked extremely irritated by the way. We thought it was very unprofessional. O
