Amazing!! Wonderful, kind and helpful. It’s so difficult to find good compassionate care. These folks are the real deal. Informative , knows her stuff, and stays on task. I especially appreciate the honesty and clear communication. Vet care can be expensive, and others vets sell up stuff I don’t really need. We are so blessed to have Dr. Baksh and her staff here to help us . I know my pup n I are in good hands. You’d be lucky to get care here.

Great vet office, got my little guy in same day! The whole staff is very kind and the Doctor was very informative. Glad we have found such a great place for our new kitten.

Consistent quality care for all of our pets, 5 dogs and 3 cats! We all love our pets and being able to take them in to the veterinarian that is caring and knowledgeable is a huge comfort. When one of my dogs had a difficult diagnosis, Dr.Baksh consulted with outside expertise. On the weekend when she was out of the office she left the number of an emergency veterinarian. The staff is always friendly and helpful!

I normally love this vet, they treat my old baby so great. But I’m having somewhat an emergency for my dog and they say they open at 7:30, I have been calling since 7:45 it is now 11:00 and nobody will answer the phones???

I was hoping to begin a good relationship with this vet as we are new to town and live down the street. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case. We took our pup down there because we noticed he had a hernia. They charged us so much because it was his first visit there, and they told us they would get back to us about the hernia surgery. A few days passed by and I heard nothing. So I called and they said they’d call back and NEVER DID. I called another TWO TIMES and got the same response, “I’ll give you a call in a couple of days.” NOTHING. Never got a call. I was charged about $300 for absolutely nothing. I’ve already told as many people as I could about this and all of them have said this is a terrible vet and they’ve had similar experiences.
