I’ve been a client of Orange Grove Animal Hospital for 20 plus years now and always recommend them for all pet owners, especially those with reptiles or dogs. While we would see Dr. Jarchow and later Dr. Merker for reptile needs I’m writing today about Dr. Kimberly Spalding who would see our dogs… We have seen Dr. Spalding for each of our dogs at some time or another. She helped us treat and then euthanize our first two over the years as their health failed them and today she helped us give that same gift to our last of the trio. This vet is amazing! First of all, the customer service from Serena was fantastic. She made us feel very comfortable and informed about our appointment and situation. She was praising our puppy before even meeting him, and had plenty of helpful things to email us. Even was able to get us an appointment 2 days after the call, which was amazing! Second of all, Dr Hawkins was amazing. Him and their vet tech Connor have been the only people to handle my puppy. He can get frustrated, and hard to handle and we have been turned down from clinics before for his behavior. They were able to prescribe us a sedative for our next visit! I am a medical professional traveler and I was recommended to this office from a local of Tucson that also is my co-worker at the hospital. I have nothing good to say about this office period it's always hard to get an appointment... and when you do receive an appointment, they have no problem calling you to reschedule an appointment due to their lack of staffing; however , if you need to get in the office for an emergency visit, they may get you in, BUT they will charge you an additional $90 to be seen!!! I called early in the morning and asked to been seen emergently, I was at another appointment and asked them, could I arrive 40 minutes later, and they told me no! They have an excuse that their doctors are busy and that they are human and can only see so many patients. I took my baby t
