I had a wonderful experience at Dr Novo’s office. The staff was excellent and extremely kind, and Dr Novo was such a nice person. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and I had previously told him I suffer from severe anxiety so throughout the procedure he was continuously checking in with me and making sure I was alright. They were also very fast, i didn’t sit in the waiting room for a long time, they took me in right away. The procedure itself was also done very quickly only 30 minutes. Overall I think that Dr Novo is a great person and an even better doctor so if you need an oral surgeon then I highly recommend coming here.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Novo and his team. Every single person in the office has been professional, kind, and incredibly patient with me. Although I’m not exactly excited for oral surgery, I feel so much more comfortable knowing I’m in their hands. Dr. Novo has gone above and beyond to address the issue I’m dealing with. He takes the time to explain things thoroughly, listens carefully, and you can tell immediately that he’s both highly skilled and genuinely cares about his patients. His expertise and the compassion from his entire staff have made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly cannot recommend Dr. Novo and his office enough. They are exceptional.

I had a difficult 2 part molar extraction on 2 separate dates in order for proper healing to occur. Both visits went very well with no complications. Dr. Novo and his staff were very kind, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and prepared me well for what would happen and excellent post extraction instructions. I felt very little pain due to Dr. Novo’s excellent Novocain injections that also were not painful. I felt very comfortable and assured in Dr. Novo and his staff’s care.

Dr. Novo and his staff are exceptionally kind, efficient, and thorough. I had two wisdom teeth removed, and the entire process was seamless, with thorough explanations throughout. Thank you to Dr. Novo and his staff—I cannot recommend this office enough!

The staff at Dr. Novo's office is pleasant and reassuring. The office is clean and well maintained. The appointment was on time. The procedure was clearly explained and questions were welcomed and answered. Dr Novo is also pleasant and reassuring. Local anesthesia was surprisingly effective ("pain free dentistry"). Post-op has also been easy, with no pain medications needed. I highly recommend Dr. Novo and his staff.
