Oral Surgery Associates of North Texas (OSANT)

My son had an extraction here. The office was easy to find in the business complex off Lake Forest x 380. Dr. Paulino & staff made the whole process very easy. He was thorough in explaining the process and answering the questions I had. The surgery was scheduled within a couple of days. They work with an anesthesiologist, whom was also kind and made the experience easy and virtually painless for my son. His stitches started coming out within a couple of hours, but they said that was common. I had to pull it out but he was talking/eating/acting normal the same day.

My experience with the staff was very lovely they were super helpful. My experience with Dr. Walstadt on the other hand was very strange. We had a post op surgery appt to check on her gums from the surgery he had performed on my daughter that hasn’t healed so well. Her ortho recommended we go back to him to check on the gums for infection and why the swelling hasn’t seemed to be going down like it should. (Concerned parent) He had a bit of a confrontational personality (felt almost like why are you even here) and when he would refer to calling if there were any problems which he stated a few times he would look directly at my 12 year old daughter to call him and never once looked at me when making this statement. Very strange and uncomfortable experience!!

My daughter’s wisdom teeth were removed by OSANT in the fall. Let’s just say that the entire experience was amazing. Dr. Paulino was very straight forward of explaining the process and detailed oriented at the same time. We were in and out within the hour. Highly highly highly recommend!

I don’t think oral surgery is ever a fun thing, but Dr. Paulino and his team sure found a way to make it the best experience possible. The consult was great, Dr. Corey Paulino is definitely one of those doctors that actively listens, truly heard what you’re saying, thoroughly answers questions and makes sure you’re at ease! So glad I chose to book my appointment with him! As great as he is I hope I never have to do oral surgery again, but if I do I’ll definitely come back to him!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The extraction was fast and completely painless. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care. Highly recommend!
