Luis D. assisted me during check-in and was incredibly courteous, attentive, and efficient. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Luis D. stood out for his excellent customer service. He was kind, professional, and very attentive to every detail. He explained everything clearly and always with a smile. I had such an amazing experience here. The staff were professional and nice. I was getting my wisdom teeth removed. The receptionist I believe his name is Luis called and explained to me beforehand the process of getting them removed, what I can and can’t eat, and overall just answered all my questions and concerns. Then, once I was there they all eased my worries again and made me feel comfortable.

The best experience. Everyone is very friendly and informative. My granddaughters procedure was quick and very professional. The doctor came in and greeted us and was very personable as is the entire staff. I highly recommend this practice.

I genuinely recommend this place as someone who is terrified of oral procedures, Oral Surgery Associates of Charlotte, was a very welcoming environment. As soon as you walk in the door, I was greeted by their staff. Luis D, their staff collected my information; saw me very nervous. I told him it was due to my past experiences. He ensured I was under the perfect hands with their team. After so many traumatic dental visits elsewhere, I think I have overcome of this fear thanks to ORAL SURGERY ASSOCIATES OF CHARLOTTE!

My son and I had a wonderful experience with Dr Naidu and his staff. Everyone from the front office team to his surgical assistants were all kind and informative. Dr Naidu took the time to thoroughly explain everything to my son and even wrote him additional post op instructions specific to him and his surgery. We couldn’t have imagined a better experience than what we had with Dr Naidu and his team!
