Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

My son recently had his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Markle and it could not have went more smoothly. We were informed of all procedures including prior, during and after surgery. The financial policy was well explained as also. He is now three weeks out and doing great.

Dr. Taylor Markle office at Carondelet Medical Center was the most ineffecient, least professional physician service ever experienced. This was a referral from dentist for wisdom teeth extraction. Appointment made two months prior, no follow up regarding insurance, physician referral documents and xrays. I had to contact office to confirm appointment, discuss insurance and contact dentist for referral information. No pre-op information shared!!! After surgery, no physician/parent information shared, and no post-op instructions given. Patient not given any gauze, or headwrap for ice gel packs. Communication very insufficient. Don't recommend if you need instructions!

I was extremely disappointed with the professionalism of the staff at this office. I, like the other reviewer, could hear negative conversations about the patients/caregivers while seated in the waiting room and was treated with an incredibly poor attitude. I will not be providing any future business or recommending this practice to family or friends.

Several of my children had wisdom teeth out here. We had great experiences.

Great staff and Dr. Pannell made sure I felt comfortable and at ease with the procedure.
