Oral & Implant Surgery

I had the worst experience at Oral & Implant Surgery during the pandemic. My husband was getting wisdom teeth taken out and I was there with my two kids. I had no idea that I was supposed to wait there the entire time. No one said anything to me and there was no one in the front office for me to talk to. I tried to wait to see if someone would come back to the front office but no one passed by or came back after my husband checked in. I needed to get something to eat for my kids so I left and came right back. When I came back the oral surgeon was livid with me and yelled at me because I left. He was very unprofessional. He woke up my husband and asked him if he wanted to continue because I had left. Then charged us another $500 because he had to put my husband back under anesthesia to remo

Dr. Middleton and staff were extremely helpful and explained everything about my procedure well in advance. Dr. Middleton seems very sincere in his profession and it certainly does not feel like the “assembly line” type of service that a lot of places seem to have now days. He is ready to answer any questions and concerns and truly treated me like an individual instead of another patient . Dr. Middleton and his surgical assistants were very great at helping me be comfortable before my procedure and explaining things to me. Also, being in a safety sensitive line of work, Dr. Middleton expressed genuine concern for when I should return to work due to my procedure and post-op care and provided helpful guidance. Great office staff and doctor! They were extremely professional and sweet! They made me feel very comfortable, especially during this COVID Pandemic. They were capable of answering all of my questions about after surgery care and insurance. Dr. Middleton was also very genuine with the treatment plan he gave me. Highly recommend!!

So being the only time I've been here my experience was great! Dr. Middleton really cares for his patients. He made sure That I was comfortable and within an hour I was out. His staff, y'all they're great. The girls made me feel like I was at home and they was super super sweet! I highly recommend this place.

I had to get my wisdom teeth taken out before my insurance terminated and Dr. Middleton, along with his staff, was very efficient in making that happen . The surgery went great. I had zero problems after the surgery and the process all together was a breeze thanks to him and his staff. I would highly recommend.
