i would definitely recommend this Dental lab. Because I really have a good experience with this LAB. The are Very proffesional Owners and technicians are very kind and warm hearted. They were very helpful for me , employees seems to have a lot to learn from him. And i heard owners has 30 years of experience in this industry. It must be becoming the best lab in DMV area.

I had a terrible experience with this dental lab owner. Not only were their products of poor quality, but the owner was extremely aggressive and rude when I raised my concerns. It was clear that they had no interest in making things right or ensuring customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this business to anyone and would suggest finding a more professional and reliable dental lab.

People generally wanted to be treated with respect. it seems like staff here do not know how to show even the slightest customer service effort. Extremely disgusted with my experience, it is highly not recommended. Finding a new dentist isn't very hard to do so
